Love it or loath it, NME is still the first place to go for anything that's in first place - and just about to go. Your humble correspondent can recall when, along with the now defunct Melody Maker, it was the only (in)sane music mag if you didn't aspire to dress like your Dad and hum along to Tommy Steele. And so to the present, and as ever at the forefront, NME Radar presents the elegant and enigmatic ex-Daggers Manchester disco-lento duo Hurts, all sharp suits, slick hair and stark visuals, looking like they would rather be on the cover of GQ. Fellow co-headlining Mancs Everything Everything say poo to cliché and pitch for the deliberately arty and catchy, naming Radiohead and The Fab Four as chief influences. "Indie is stale", they say. Quite.  Tickets on sale Friday March 4 from 9am.

Please note you must be 14 or over to gain admittance - read our ID policy.
