Combining Ms Welch with Karen O and fronting the capital's ‘Solo' sensation with clever streamlined synth-pop capturing the zeitgeist and punching through the fog of banal guitar bands. Korgs, drum machines, laptops and strings are for the male Lips, Will and James, whilst the tiny Tigs prowls stage perimeters dancing her ass off - and all with a larynx barely in need of a PA. Pop music with fangs, rhythms and r'n'b.
