Glasgow-based defiantly indie-folk-pop since 2003 and continuing a long tradition of emotive Scottish indie rock that includes Mogwai, Delgados and Arab Strap. And Frightened Rabbit are the best of the newcomers. Recording in bedrooms, cupboards and kitchens and not frightened of getting music out of a dress and in to a sweater. Whatever that means ... Rousing barnburners that flicker with soul; loose and sparse lo-fi balladry; and the knack of getting bloody close to that perfect pop song. Caught in the headlights? Oh yes, and loving it.

Tickets go on sale Friday November 27 at 9am.
