With 100 million albums sold, the legendary Californians fused punk, metal and blues to become the epitome of classic 90s rock 'n' roll, kicked off by heavy MTV rotation of Welcome To The Jungle. Founders Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin were heavily influenced by Hanoi Rocks, ACDC and Aerosmith but the band's image was finalised with the addition of the iconic Slash. And it ended in tears. But if you missed arguably THE most rock 'n' roll band of the 90s first time around, this is as close as you'll get.
