General admission and ID requirements
If you are, or appear to be, under 21 we will always ask for ID. There are no exceptions, sorry.
ID is always required to purchase alcohol and we only accept a valid and current Driving Licence (full or provisional), Passport or PASS scheme cards. No scans or photocopies. You will have to be handstamped or wristbanded, sorry, so we can conform to our licence and staff are able to identify under-18s.
14s are only admitted with their own ID and a supervising 18+ adult who can show valid ID. One adult per person. There are no "passouts" for under-18s (not even for a cigarette!) and you will have to leave when live music has finished.
15s are only admitted with their own ID and a supervising 18+ adult who can show valid ID. One adult per four persons. There are no "passouts" for under-18s (nor even for a cigarette) and you will have to leave when live music has finished.
For 16s to 17s, we will accept a valid Driving Licence (full or provisional), Passport, YoZone card, or Birth Certificate/NI card with corroborative photographic proof. No scans or photocopies. There are no "passouts" for under-18s (not even for a cigarette!) and you will have to leave when live music has finished.
If you are in any doubt over whether you will be asked for ID, we recommend bringing it anyway!
If there is a queue, you must join it to the right of the front doors as you look at them. Please respect our neighbours and the environment, and do not leave litter or make excessive noise whilst waiting for entry or leaving the premises - thank you!
Consuming alcohol outside the venue is also illegal; we reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody adversely affected. We do not allow football colours, stag events or anybody acting in an aggressive or threatening manner. No ticket refunds wll be given in these circumstances.
We operate zero tolerance to drugs and reserve the right to search on entry.
There is a smoking area to the right of the front doors as you exit. Please use the smoking bin provided!
